Police in Miami Beach are searching for a group of men who were caught on video attacking a gay couple who were walking away from this year's Miami Beach Gay Pride parade.
NBC News reports that Rene Chalarca and Dmitry Logunov were seen on video walking toward public restrooms when they were approached by a group of four men who started yelling homophobic slurs at them in Spanish.
The group then knocked the couple to the ground and started punching and kicking them -- and when a good Samaritan tried to intervene on the men's behalf, they were knocked to the ground as well.
According to NBC News, Charlaca suffered a "laceration on his right eyebrow, as well as visible injuries to his mouth and the side of his head," while Logun "had redness on the right side of his face." The man who tried to help them, Helmut Muller Estrada, suffered a laceration on the back of his head.
