Former "Lethal Weapon" star Mel Gibson has a history of racism, sexism and anti-semitism, but as the television version of "Lethal Weapon" begins, it seems the star playing his role might also have his own problems.
In a report from Deadline, star Clayne Crawford has been "disciplined several times" due to "emotional abuse and creating a hostile environment." Apparently, others in the cast and crew "feel uncomfortable being on set with him."
The problems with the star are so great that Fox is thinking about recasting the role with a more friendly actor. Ultimately, if it cannot be done, the show might not continue into a third season, despite being the No. 2 returning drama behind "Empire."
In the past 24 hours, Crawford tweeted out his praise about his fellow staff.
"Can’t wait to share tomorrow’s NEW episode! Such an awesome experience with my cast and crew," he wrote.
