Adult-film actress Stormy Daniels discussed her affair with Donald Trump and the threat that followed with another adult actress years before he ran for president, The Washington Post reports.
Daniels’ associate Jessica Drake told the post that in 2011 Daniels told her about being threatened by a man in a Las Vegas grocery store parking lot when she approached a tabloid magazine to sell the story of her 2006 affair.
Drake has made her own public statement about Trump improperly touching her. She has she turned down a $10,000 payment to have sex with Trump in Lake Tahoe in 2006. Drake says Trump approached her at a booth at the event and asked her to follow him around the golf course.
When Drake came forward she was reminded by Daniels of the threat.
“She was warning me, I needed to be very careful,” Drake said. “Don’t be alone.”
Trump’s affair with Stormy Daniels, and the payout made by Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen to buy her silence, is the subject of the lawsuit being pursued by her attorney Michael Avenatti.
