Nazi who beat black man in Charlottesville claims he didn't 'have malice in his heart or mind'

White supremacist and self-styled 'commie killer' Daniel Borden was convicted of malicious wounding for his part in the beating of DeAndre Harris in Charlottesville, North Carolina on Tuesday.

"His argument is he didn’t have malice in his heart or mind when he did this,” his lawyer said.

Borden, who was filmed striking Harris with a stick after Harris was already on the ground, reportedly drew swastikas at school, gave the Nazi salute and referred to a classmate as '"Jew boy."
