The meme illustrates what women of different ethnicities do sexually by the third date. Mexican women, for example, apparently get drunk on Tequila and have sex in the back of a car. By the second date they're pregnant. Irish women also get drunk and put out, according to the meme.
When his uncle worried that it was inappropriate to send the meme to Phillips' work email, the candidate assured him that they were "work appropriate and for that matter appropriate anywhere."
"Ah the luck of the Irish!!" Phillip enthused, presumably in response to Irish women's sexual habits.
Phillips, who's been endorsed by progressive stalwarts like Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) and activist Shaun King, accused his opponent Anne Marie Schubert of hacking his email account. The assistant chief deputy district attorney told the Bee that the emails were pulled for defense lawyers discovery in a misconduct case.
