Timmy Kinner was asked to leave an apartment complex in Boise, Idaho this week after poor behavior. He left peacefully, but returned Saturday during a 3-year-old's birthday party and went on a rampage.
According to ABC 7 News, nine people were stabbed, including four children aged four to 12. None died, however, Police Chief William Bones said on Sunday.
The apartment complex was known for being a place that housed resettled refugees.
"It was kind of scary because we were outside," 12-year-old Esrom Habte told news media. "He was chasing people and stabbing people."
"We saw him saying bad words and stabbing a grown-up really hard and a lot of times," he also said.
