A Harlem resident, Keith Woody, was dragged by police officers while he appeared to be unconscious, reported Patch.com

The video shows community members and police officers in a chaotic scene yelling back and forth at each other over a July 16 arrest.

"He can't even stand up," one woman yelled, as officers dragged Woody's body into the police car.

"He did nothing wrong," the crowd shouted.

According to the police report, Woody, 22, was arrested for crimes in connection with a parole warrant for criminal possession of a firearm and reckless endangerment.

Woody's body was then taken to St. Luke's Hospital for "medical observation and attention" where he allegedly "sustained no injuries," per a New York Police department spokesman.

In the end, he was charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and criminal trespassing.
