Self-described 'top law tutor' accuses Asians of 'taking over' California's Orange County in racist rant

A self-described "top law tutor" wrote a lengthy Facebook screed saying Asians "took over" California's Orange County -- and garnered the attention of many Asian-Americans.

NextShark reported that OC lawyer Christina Ignatius complained about the "snoshy" (an apparent portmanteau of "snobby" and "posh") Asian immigrants who "took over" her local mall after learning about the film "Crazy Rich Asians."

The post, which was screenshotted and reposted by Facebook user Calma Yom, goes on to deride the way Asians drive.

"They will drive in their Mercedes in the carpool lane and then cut across 5 lanes to get over to the mall, as if your car right next to them didn't matter," the lawyer wrote. "That's why we have the term 'driving like an Asian.'"

Now that she's a "top law tutor," Ignatius wrote, Asian-Americans "are trying to get tutoring from me for law school."

"They keep telling me they are attending UCRA. I need to translate that into my head [sic] to deduce that they are going to UCLA," she wrote in a jab at Asians' accents.

Ignatius later said that she's known Asian women who marry her "Caucasian male lawyer friends" for their money.

In another since-deleted post, the lawyer said that she "loves" Asian people.

I really love them and I find differences to be funny and interesting,” she wrote on a post of a video called “Shit Asian Moms Say.”
