Dr. Christine Ford did not confirm that she will testify on Wednesday in front of the Senate judiciary committee. In a letter that CNN's Chris Cuomo read, her lawyer said they need more time.
Ford accused Supreme Court justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her while the two were in high school.
Ford has set limits and condition for which she will testify under.
