Late-night host Seth Meyers mocked President Donald Trump after he begged an audience for praise during one of his rallies.
With new revelations from the anonymous New York Times op-ed and veteran journalist Bob Woodward's forthcoming book, Trump has consistently refuted claims that his White House is dysfunctional.
"The president of the United States has to regularly go on TV and convince people that he is not out of his mind," Meyers said.
"Last week he straight up asked his supporters to tell him that he is good at his job," Meyers said. "As a general rule, it's never good to ask your supporters if they think you are competent."
