President Donald Trump said that Democrats were operating a "con-job" by accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault.
Despite the Democrats pressing forward in Kavanaugh's sexual assault allegation, Trump claimed one group was angry that Kavanaugh's confirmation was being held up.
During his press conference, Trump said that women are furious that other women accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault
"The people that have complained to me about it the most, about what's happening —are women," Trump said. "Women are very angry. You know, I got 52 percent with women. Everyone said this couldn't happen. But 52 percent of women are so angry. Frankly, I think they like what the Republicans are doing. But I think they would have liked to have seen it go a lot faster."
