On Wednesday, CNN's Chris Cuomo slammed Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) after he failed to condemn President Donald Trump's reaction to bomb threats being sent to Democrats and news organizations.
"He hasn't been the only one. It's been on both sides," Kennedy said.
"It doesn't matter what he says," Cuomo explained. "He's talking about Jamal Khashoggi's murder --a murder that was a cover-up. He was playing along with it until it became too obvious."
"The same time you're trying to tell people the murder of the journalist is wrong --you're [praising the] slamming of a journalist," Cuomo said. "You guys don't stand up and say, 'Mr. President, don't say that again.'"
