Bill Maher opened his Friday night HBO show Real Time with a discussion of the Brett Kavanaugh nomination process, which appears likely to end in Kavanaugh's confirmation to the Supreme Court.
"They're going to do it, they're going to confirm Justice Red Solo Cup," Maher said. "And I'm going to join the Beach Week Ralph Club."
Maher mocked the FBI's shoddy investigation and then suggested that Trump might want to take pointers on getting away with crimes from Kavanaugh and his drinking buddies.
"This is how you run a train on Democracy, ladies and gentlemen," Maher said.
"This guy is a liar and was a huge drunk," Maher said. "And the FBI report was a sham. They interviewed all of nine people. Trump said, 'Can I get these guys [to investigate] my crimes?'"
