Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) will go to any length to protect President Donald Trump, says a democratic college in an editorial for Nunes' own hometown newspaper.
A new op-ed from Rep. Eric Swalwell reveals that Nunes covered up crucial information and documents that proved Russian interfered in the U.S. election.
Swalwell gives numerous examples of specific subjects and interviews that Nunes buried, writing that the "fix was in from the very start."
"Soon after 2016’s election, as we began to see the breadth of Russia’s interference, I had approached him with an idea: 'Let’s have an independent commission look at what the Russians did,' just as we had after the Sept. 11 attacks," Swalwell writes.
But Nunes was not interested.
