Kellyanne Conway slams women who don't appreciate Kavanaugh: 'His law clerks have been female'

Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway told Fox News on Friday that feminists protesting Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh don't appreciate what he's done for women.

While appearing on "Fox & Friends," Conway chastised protesters for getting so emotional about the Senate potentially confirming an accused attempted rapist to serve on the Supreme Court.

"People who are so angry, and chasing down senators in the halls, as if those men have personally wronged them... they don't even stop to think about the 28 years of public service of Judge Kavanaugh," she complained. "The majority of his 48 law clerks have been female -- all of them are standing by him, and not all of them voted for Donald Trump!"

In fact, three former Kavanaugh law clerks who previously had endorsed his Supreme Court nomination this week sent a letter to the Senate to say they were "deeply troubled" by the allegations against him. One of the clerks who signed the letter, Bridget Fahey, was a woman.
