In one of Tuesday night's biggest upsets, Rep. Dan Donovan (R-NY) went down against Democratic challenger Max Rose.
The district, which voted for President Donald Trump by nine points in 2016, was considered a major stretch for Democrats, as forecasters FiveThirtyEight gave Rose only a 25% chance of winning.
Even though the race was seen as a stretch for Democrats, polls consistently showed Donovan with only a modest four-point lead.
