NBC on Sunday offended millions of its viewers by airing a racist immigration ad promoted by President Donald Trump -- but on Monday, it quickly backtracked and said it would no longer run the spot.

And it's not just NBC that has gotten second thoughts about the ad, which depicts asylum seekers trying to gain lawful entry into the United States as potential psychopathic killers -- it's Fox News too.

According to CNN's Brian Stelter, Fox News has decided it will no longer air the president's racist ad on either of its two cable news channels.

"Upon further review, FOX News pulled the ad yesterday and it will not appear on either FOX News Channel or FOX Business Network," ad sales president Marianne Gambelli tells Stelter.

Although Fox will not show the ad going forward, the network did air the ad over the weekend before deciding to pull the plug on Monday.
