The office of a Democratic congressional candidate in Washington state was vandalized over the weekend.

A staffer for Lisa Brown's campaign revealed in a Facebook post on Monday that the locks on one field office had been glued shut.

"So they super glued the locks to our field office," Erin Maher Ross wrote in her Facebook post. "No worries, that is what locksmiths are for."

Ross suggested that vandalism is yet another reason for Democratic voters to cast their ballots for Brown.

"Are you mad yet? What will it take for you to vote and turn your ballot in? They aren’t messing around," she insisted. "They have been stealing yard signs, calling the campaign line and threatening us and calling women disgusting names, emailing the campaign and threatening us- which is to say they are threatening YOU!"

Brown is running against incumbent U.S. Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) in Tuesday's midterm election.
