‘You’re sounding very swampy’: Melber holds Corey Lewandowski’s feet to the fire -- as he flames out in hilarious interview

Former Donald Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski became visibly agitated after being fact-checked on issue after issue during a Tuesday interview.

Lewandowski sat down with MSNBC chief legal correspondent Ari Melber on "The Beat."

It is likely that Lewandowski signed a non-disparagement agreement before joining the campaign to prevent him from ever criticizing Trump, which would be consistent with how the interview played out.

Lewandowski dismissed Democrats landslide victory in the 2018 midterm elections and attempted to explain away Trump doing the opposite of his campaign pledge to lower the debt.

Despite repeatedly being questioned, Lewandowski refused to confirm or deny that White House chief of staff and former 4-star Marine General John Kelly laid hands on him outside the oval office.
