Judge orders North Korea to pay $500 million to family of Otto Warmbier: report

The parents of Otto Warmbier won a $500 million lawsuit against North Korea.

The lawsuit filed in April states, "North Korea, which is a rogue regime, took Otto hostage for its own wrongful ends and brutally tortured and murdered him."

Warmbier, a college student died last June and was flown back to the US in a coma.
