Fox News host Pete Hegseth -- who recently interviewed Donald Trump regarding the government shutdown and his New Year’s resolutions -- was surprised that the president sent out an all-caps message on Tuesday morning.
"HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE, INCLUDING THE HATERS AND THE FAKE NEWS MEDIA! 2019 WILL BE A FANTASTIC YEAR FOR THOSE NOT SUFFERING FROM TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME. JUST CALM DOWN AND ENJOY THE RIDE, GREAT THINGS ARE HAPPENING FOR OUR COUNTRY!" Trump tweeted on New Year's Day.
"All caps," Fox & Friends co-host Dean Cain remarked.
"All caps -- well, in the prompter," Hegseth replied, but was quickly corrected. "It was in all caps in the tweet too!? I stand corrected."
