Judge delays Manafort sentencing -- while a different judge attempts to parse his lies to federal prosecutors

Federal Judge T.S. Ellis, III had postponed the sentencing of former Donald Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort in the Eastern District of Virginia.

The case involves money laundering.

Judge Ellis said he was delaying sentencing while a different federal judge examines whether Manafort lied to investigators in violation of his plea agreement.
