Stephen Colbert dug up an old McDonald's commercial starring President Donald Trump to show the character Grimace interrogating him over his ties to Russia.
The president earned widespread mockery for serving fast food to the NCAA national champion Clemson Tigers during their visit to the White House, and the "Late Night" host joined in the ridicule by repurposing the 2002 commercial spot.
“I put together some really impressive deals, but this thing you’ve pulled off -- it’s amazing," Trump says. "A 'Big N' Tasty' for just a dollar? How do you do it? What’s your secret?”
The purple puppet then peppers Trump with questions about Russia, President, Vladimir Putin -- and the infamous "pee tape" described in the Steele dossier.
