Trump vowed to keep the government shut down for 'months or even years': Schumer

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer met with President Trump for nearly two hours Friday and emerged saying there is no deal to re-open the government. Leader Schumer told reporters President Trump vowed to keep the federal government shutdown for "months or even years" until he gets funding for his border wall.
