The latest woman to accuse Donald Trump of sexual assault, Alva Johnson, appeared on MSNBC's All In With Chris Hayes Tuesday. In the segment, an emotional Johnson teared up as she recounted the alleged sexual assault, which she claims occurred during the 2016 campaign.

"He stopped and he starts looking at me and then as he's looking at me, he's holding my hand," she said of her encounter with then candidate Trump in 2016. "He said 'I'm not going to let you down' and 'I know you've been away from your family.'"

She then continued with her recounting of the unwanted kissing incident: "And he's holding my hand and starts coming towards me, then he keeps coming closer and I'm like' is he going to hug me' and he was coming directly for my face. And he's going to kiss my lips. He caught me right in the corner of my mouth and I was just kind of frozen....I didn't know how to process it," she said.

The accuser also lashed out against the restrictive non-disclosure agreement she was forced to sign on MSNBC Tuesday.

"I'm under a nondisclosure," she lamented. "I felt my vocal cords had been clipped for years. You're not supposed to criticize [Trump], criticize the family...you're not supposed to criticize the campaign," she said.

"You cannot criticize his business...it's used as a weapon against us," Johnson said of the NDA campaign workers signed. She then told Hayes "I want my voice back," adding, "I want my freedom to speak freely without the fear."
