The View's Joy Behar slammed President Donald Trump on Thursday, saying if he wanted to learn a little bit about harassment, he should listen to the Access Hollywood tape that revealed the president's own history of harassment.

The remark came during a larger discussion of California Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff's announcement that he would be investigating "credible reports of money laundering and financial compromise related to Trump's businesses", which the president characterized as "presidential harassment".

"What is the world coming to when you can conspire against your own country with a foreign person, a foreign country like Putin, when you can obstruct the investigation, when you can -- what else? When you can have businesses with foreign countries and nobody says anything, when you can do that and nobody investigates," said Behar.

"Nobody feels bad for him," replied co-host Meghan McCain. "That's what's weird about the verbiage, 'I'm being harassed.' You're the most powerful man in the planet."

"And you're bullying people on Twitter every single day," exclaimed Sunny Hostin, snorting. "He's being harassed."

"Tell that to the woman on the "Access Hollywood" tape about being harassed," chimed in Behar as the table began laughing.
