The FBI released search warrant documents that launched the April 2018 raid on former Trump Organization attorney Michael Cohen’s home and offices.
Judge William Pauley III ordered that prosecutors make redacted copies of the search warrant and the FBI’s search warrant affidavit publicly available, leaving out personal information such as addresses and phone numbers.
The FBI was seeking information about payments Cohen made to two alleged Trump mistresses shortly before the election.
Cohen has since pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations, which he says Trump directed, and other charges.
