GOP lawmaker brutally shut down for jumping the gun and declaring ‘no collusion’ in unreleased Mueller report

While nobody outside the Department of Justice has read the report submitted by special counsel Robert Mueller, one Republican member of Congress was slammed online for suggesting President Donald Trump had been vindicated.


Utah Republican Chris Stewart took to Twitter on Friday to share the conclusions he has already taken from the report.

"The long-awaited Mueller Report has been completed. Early reporting appears to confirm what we've been saying for over a year: no collusion or conspiracy between Russia & the Trump campaign," Stewart argued.

Many participants in the conversation were less than impressed with the former novelist's conclusions.
