President Donald Trump mocked Joe Biden for getting “tongue-tied” over the weekend about his possible White House run, and other internet users fired back.
Biden told a gathering of Democrats that he was “the most progressive record of anybody running for the,” before changing direction and saying “anybody who would run” for the 2020 nomination.
Trump has publicly welcomed the prospect of facing off against the former vice president, but aides reportedly have to assure the president he could beat Biden for re-election.
“Joe Biden got tongue tied over the weekend when he was unable to properly deliver a very simple line about his decision to run for President,” Trump tweeted. “Get used to it, another low I.Q. individual!”

Other Twitter users responded by cataloging Trump’s various malapropisms, misspellings and odd turns of phrase.
Thankfully, Trump always speaks with verve and clarity, never leaving anyone unclear about exactly what he means, even when the stakes are highest https://t.co/j4fnBHL3z2
