Authorities update the public on synagogue shooting in Poway

Authorities on Saturday held the first media briefing on the shooting at a San Diego-area synagogue.


There are reports of four people being shot at the Chabad of Poway.

Sergeant Aaron Meleen of the San Diego Sheriff's Department briefed reports.

Meleen said one suspect has been detained.

"We are confident there are no shooters that are outstanding," he said.
