President Donald Trump on Thursday is scheduled to deliver remarks at the Wounded Warrior Project's Soldier Ride, an annual multi-day cycling event in Washington, D.C.
Trump's address is scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM EDT -- shortly after Attorney General Bill Barr's press conference to discuss the release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s final report on Russian meddling in the 2016 election.
