Patriots owner Robert Kraft successfully convinced a judge to suppress video evidence, WEEI reported Monday.

WEEI said it "could be devastating to [the] case against him."

ESPN investigative reporter T.J. Quinn explained what is likely to come next.

"State may appeal, but this devastates their case against him," Quinn explained.

"Expect Kraft's attorneys to file a motion to dismiss based on lack of evidence, probably tomorrow," he continued.

"The state can either dismiss charges, appeal the decision or take it to court. But so far they haven't cited any evidence other than the video surveillance," he noted.
