Donald Trump jumped into the turmoil engulfing Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. by demanding that drug companies release COVID data he admits he has already seen. In a Labor Day rant on Truth Social, Trump claimed Pfizer and others had shown him “extraordinary” results from their pandemic work but accused them of hiding the numbers from the public. With Kennedy under fire after mass firings and resignations at the CDC, Trump’s remarks appeared aimed at defending him while raising fresh questions about why the president won’t share the data himself.
