Ten years ago, a lawsuit led to the redrawing of Florida congressional maps that were criticized as blatantly gerrymandered. Now, in 2023, the bombshell U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down district lines in Alabama has plaintiffs in two Florida court cases confident that history can repeat itself.
