Trump lawyer Alina Habba on Wednesday denied reports of infighting in the former president's legal team, even as she attacked a former colleague for speaking out.

During an interview on CNN, Habba was asked about former Trump lawyer Tim Parlatore's claims that Trump confidant Boris Epshteyn made it hard to do his job by thwarting his legal strategies to defend the former president in the Mar-a-Lago documents case.

Habba brushed off Parlatore's claims and suggested that he was just trying to make a name for himself by telling false stories.

"I can tell that you we've seen this happen time and time again: People leave Trump World and they try and come out with stories," she said, and then argued that Parlatore was trying to have one "last hurrah" before fading into irrelevancy.

Later in the interview, she took a shot at Parlatore's professionalism.

"People are just not always going to get along in any job," she argued. "I'm sure there are people here you don't get along with but if that was the case, I think that was ridiculous and inappropriate kind of butt-hurt move to say the least."
