SAN DIEGO — Deported Army veteran Agustin Abarca walked onto U.S. soil for the first time in about nine years on Thursday morning. The 74-year-old Vietnam War veteran waved a small American flag from his citizenship ceremony as he exited the San Ysidro Port of Entry into San Diego.
