The outgoing Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte refused to react to the election victory of right-wing populist Geert Wilders. "As prime minister, I have no opinion on the election result," Rutte said, leaving the stage to the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) top candidate Dilan Yesilgöz.
