Donald Trump was partially gagged in federal court on Monday after spending the better part of the past months attacking anyone associated with the case around his attempts to overturn the 2020 election, the Mar-a-Lago documents case, and assorted civil cases.

Judge Tanya Chutkan this week ordered that Trump is not allowed to attack witnesses, lawyers, and their families publicly, leading him to protest his First Amendment rights were being violated.

"The Daily Show" is back after the long writers' strike and that means comedian Jordan Klepper is back to chatting with Donald Trump's supporters at rallies.

Klepper, who poses as a fake reporter, has spent a great deal of time on the trail with Trump supporters; many of his most notable clips are available on YouTube. Donald Trump Jr. hailed the value of AR-15 style rifles and 30-round magazines as ways to neutralize home intruders riding "motorized paragliders" from Hamas.

In the wake of the attack in Israel by the terrorist group Hamas, the right wing has stepped up its sales of guns like the AR-15. Pro-Palistinian activists have posted memes using a paraglider with the Palestinian flag. It appears Trump Jr. is using that image to gin up fear to sell guns.

Former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) doesn't expect Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) to last long if he's voted into the House Speaker's position this week.
