Israeli festival-goer Shani Louk, who was abducted by Hamas terrorists on Oct. 7, is dead, according Israel’s Foreign Ministry. The 23-year-old German-Israeli woman was widely seen lying limp in the back of a truck after militants raided the Nova music festival near the Gaza Strip.
