Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), the vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, confessed on Wednesday that he had no idea what America's policy is Iran, and he's not certain President Donald Trump and his administration know either.

Speaking to MSNBC's Katy Tur, Warner said that as a member of the "Gang of 8," the top leaders who get the highest security briefings, he would be the one Democrat who should know what the goals and aims are in dealing with an Iranian nuclear threat. As it stands, he said he's completely in the dark.

A key political analyst believes the chaos currently gripping the Virginia Republican Party could get a lot worse.

Glenn Youngkin, to step down from his campaign after it was leaked that a Tumblr account matching his Instagram handle hosted explicit content, including naked pictures of men. Reid has broadly denied that he posted the salacious content, and has gone to war with a Youngkin aide whom he claims has defamed him.

Watch: Charlie Kirk's wife grimaces as he lectures women on 'finding a husband'

During a question and answer period at the Young Women’s Leadership Summit being held in Grapevine, Texas, the wife of Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk took exception when her husband chastised unmarried women in the audience if they were not "prioritizing" finding a husband.

Seated in chairs before the throng at conference which attracted a reported 2,500 attendees, the discussion centered on marriage and children before careers with Kirk at one time stating, "college is a 'scam' but a good place to pursue the proverbial 'Mrs.' degree" before adding "that if they’re not married with kids by age 30, the chances of either happening for them will drop precipitously," reported The Washington Post.

In a video posted to YouTube by Kirk, he posed a question to the audience, which led to a look of dismay from his wife, Erika, when he followed up with a lecture.

"For everyone who rose the hand of [choosing] amazing family, how many of you, every single day, it's your purpose for being is finding a husband, then?" he asked.

After apparently getting a tepid response when asking for a show of hands, he lectured, "Every hand should go up."

As his wife at first grimaced and then switched to a skeptical smile, he continued, "But I thought you wanted an amazing family?" which led her to utter, "Ehhh."

"You have to prioritize and aim at what you want the most," he soldiered on while ignoring her. "I might be the only speaker who says this these next couple days."

Given a chance to respond, Ericka stated, "You just have to make sure you find the right one."

"I know, but you have to prioritize it," he shot back.

Watchdog names and shames 'corporate oligarchs' quietly cashing in on Trump

Climate action, pro-democracy, and other civil society groups have warned for months that the Trump administration and Republicans in Congress are intent on cutting essential programs that millions of Americans rely on while providing the richest households and corporations with at least $5 trillion in tax cuts and other benefits.

But while tech CEO Elon Musk has been highly visible since President Donald Trump took office and selected him to spearhead the administration's slashing of hundreds of thousands of federal jobs at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)—an advisory board Musk has since left—other billionaires who are among the top people set to cash in from Trump's policies are less known to the public, even as they wield considerable influence over corporate regulations, privatization, and right-wing attacks on renewable energy.
