Many were killed and injured in a hospital in the Gaza Strip following an errant weapon strike that Israeli officials say was fired by a Palestinian terrorist group and Hamas says was the result of an Israeli airstrike. Experts suggested the more likely cause was an errant strike by a Palestinian terrorist group, in part due to the composition of weapon fragments found at the scene.
