Bill and Hillary Clinton are scheduled to testify before the House Oversight Committee later this month in its Jeffrey Epstein investigation, after initially defying subpoenas. GOP leaders hoped the hearings would damage Democrats, but Morning Joe hosts warn the move could backfire spectacularly on President Trump and Republicans.
