Former Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach said Thursday that We Build the Wall, the scandal-plagued nonprofit that raised funds to construct privately funded border wall, is in the process of shutting down as former Trump adviser Steve Bannon is expected to face new charges that he defrauded contributors to the effort.
