Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) reportedly summoned law enforcement on Thursday over "a guy" who entered a women's restroom in the Capitol — that turned out to be a false alarm.

According to Bloomberg News congressional reporter Billy House, "Rep. Lauren Boebert bursting out of the House Women's restroom during this afternoon's vote series, complaining to security personnel stationed in the nearby Speakers Lobby of 'a guy' inside the bathroom."

Lauren Boebert offers Jan. 6 rioters 'guided tours' of Capitol on night of their release

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough expressed no interest in comments made by Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) on Thursday morning during a segment about Donald Trump using the Department of Justice to pursue his political foes.

First taking a shot at House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) for saying in an interview with the Bulwark, "With politicians, if you’ve used a congressional committee and you’ve lied and tried to set people up and falsely imprisoned people, then you should be held accountable," co-host Mika Brezinski began to report that Rep. Lauren Boebert contributed, “It’s not looking good for them. You know, they’re asking for their preemptive pardon. So it kind of sounds suspect and guilty. I think anybody who has politically imprisoned American citizens and completely ruined their lives needs to be investigated," but Scarborough cut her off quickly after she mentioned the controversial Colorado Republican's name.

"Alright, alright, I don't care," he interrupted which led the whole panel to start laughing as Scarborough referenced Boebert's Beetlejuice theater scandal by joking, "Go see a play," which led to more laughter.
