A stunning report linked to a documentary that reveals Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) paid male escorts for sex while he served in the US Senate had critics of the late senator combing over the details.
The early report set off a flurry of comments on social media, with some admitting to shock although it had long been rumored that the late senator was gay.
The film, called The Closetocracy and compiled by an activist group called Swamp Watch, was uploaded to a website called The Lindsey Files Thursday and set off a firestorm at the same time that Graham’s sister, Darline Nordone, is struggling to keep his seat in the Senate.
Liberal influencer Brian Krassenstein pointed out the obvious, writing on X, “Lindsey Graham was gay and voted against gay people. It’s the hypocrisy that kills me.”
Conservative journalist Patrick Howley, who claimed to have contributed to the documentary, teased out more revelations, writing on X, “The darkness of D.C. is staggering. Working on this film has been one of the great honors of my career. There is much more to come.”
Adam Mockler, a frequent liberal panelist on CNN expressed shock, writing, “HOLY S---: Three male sex workers just came forward saying they were paid to have sex with Lindsey Graham.”
YouTube crypto analyst Adam Cochran dug much deeper into what has been reported and speculated what it could mean considering Graham’s stature within the GOP’s Senate leadership.
“This is FAR more dark than you realize… We all knew Lindsey Graham was gay. That’s not the problem. The problem is he paid male escorts, including a minor, for sex, and was apparently filmed doing so. That blackmail obviously ended up in the hands of foreign adversaries,” he wrote.
He then painted a conspiracy theory by writing, “And what did they have him do? Agree with Trump and MAGA after every turn. But then he started to be defiant, speak up more for Ukraine and push for Russian sanctions. And what happened? He died.”
