'Terrified' conservative gadfly buried over 'whatever force necessary' immigrant threat

Daily Wire podcaster Matt Walsh was on the receiving end of a legal and personal beatdown over a panicked response to the Supreme Court upholding birthright citizenship on Tuesday.

While Republican members of Congress were waving the bloody flag over Donald Trump’s courtroom loss with promises of legislative action, Walsh hit the panic button over “foreign invaders” flocking “across our borders” to “spawn,” and urged a crackdown on immigrants, no matter the legality.

He also complained about “screeching” lesbian activists for some reason.

On X he wrote, “Now that SCOTUS has opened the floodgates for foreign invaders to flock across our borders and spawn, the only choice we have is to triple down on immigration enforcement. Militarize the border. Mass deportations. Round every illegal up. Don’t pull back when the lesbian activists start screeching about it. Use whatever force is necessary. There is no other option.”

With Zeteo’s Justin Baragona highlighting the ostentatiously masculine Walsh deploying, “Use whatever force is necessary," American Immigration Council legal expert Aaron Reichlin-Melnick, attempted to set the podcaster straight with a personal jab included.

“Two thoughts: - The Trump EO applied to people whose parents are here legally, including those on visas here for many years who are fully domiciled here. So Walsh's framing is based on a lie. - It's amazing how terrified these supposedly alpha men are of their fellow citizens.” he wrote.

He then clarified, “The EO didn't bar children of permanent residents, but applied to anyone present on a nonimmigrant visa. So that could include the child of parents here on H-1B visas who'd been living and working here legally for a decade, or children of foreign students studying for years.”

Immigration tracker Andrew Thrasher joined the pile-on by writing, “The funny part about Matt Walsh types is that they love talking tough, which almost always reveals they actually live in constant fear of everyone around them.”

“It's also funny how easily they buy into the very blatant hyper-masculinity campaign in MAGA, and yet still see themselves as free thinkers. Yeah Matt, very edgy showing off how you got played by Temu-ssolini,” he added.

Law Professor Jonathon Booth suggested, “Matt Walsh is a pathetic baby but also... the Supreme Court decision kept the law the same as it was before!”

“Like come on, ‘lesbian activists’ is such a tell here. if a lesbian activist punched Matt Walsh in the face he would literally die,“ joked author Lyta Gold.
