Rogers-based attorney Tom Mars sent a letter to state Sen. Jimmy Hickey (R-Texarkana) offering testimony from the whistleblower and documents to show the governor's office improperly altered and withheld public records related to its spending, reported News from the States.

The first of 19 co-defendants in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' RICO and election interference case against Donald Trump has pleaded guilty in what is being described as a "plea deal."

"Under the terms of an agreement with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's office, Hall pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud, conspiracy to commit computer theft, conspiracy to commit computer trespass, conspiracy to commit computer invasion of privacy, and conspiracy to defraud the state," NBC News reports. Michael Alan Jones, a former Proud Boy and self-admitted paid FBI informant, is a free man after a federal judge issued a suspended sentence with two years of supervised release — a lighter-than-anticipated punishment — for illegally possessing a firearm as a felon.
