Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones was unsure how to react on Monday after learning that former President Donald Trump had been named in a tranche of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein.

"I was given, during breaks, big national news that Trump's been implicated," Jones said. "Okay. And I can't speak to this until I've had time to research it. So, um, I'm going to go off air soon."

Special counsel Jack Smith has a more compelling case than ever in the election conspiracy prosecution of former President Donald Trump, one-time federal prosecutor Andrew Weissmann said on MSNBC Monday.

This comes amid new bombshell reporting that Dan Scavino, a longtime Trump associate, told investigators the former president "was just not interested" in doing more to stop the violence at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Florida’s Republican Party on Monday voted in an emergency meeting to remove chairman Christian Ziegler from his position following allegations of sexual assault, NBC News reports.

“No one voted for Christian Ziegler,” Florida Senate Republican Blaise Ingoglia told CNN.

Ziegler is currently under investigation by the Sarasota Police Department after a woman last year accused the former chairman of rape.

Ziegler has maintained that the sexual encounter he had with the woman who leveled the rape accusations against him was consensual. He and his wife, Moms for Liberty cofounder and Sarasota County school board member Bridget Ziegler, also acknowledged to police that they had been in a three-way sexual encounter a year earlier with the alleged victim, per a search warrant affidavit.

And, according to The Daily Beast, recently released documents show that he defended himself partly by pointing out how many of his fellow academics at Harvard also fit the description a lawyer representing one of the victims says applies to him.

An Arizona man accused of threatening to "execute every single FBI agent and employee" had high-powered firearms and more than 5,000 rounds of ammunition when they raided his home, the agency said in newly unsealed court records.

“What we’re seeing so far is that Democrats are so desperate, they’re trying to remove President Trump from the ballot," she added, referring to state-level efforts to disqualify him under an insurrectionist clause in the Constitution.

A group of pro-Palestinian demonstrators interrupted President Joe Biden's speech in at the Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina on Monday to demand that he push the Israeli government to demand a ceasefire.

As Biden was talking about the importance of recognizing the truth of America's history, demonstrators began yelling and chanting, "Cease fire now!"
