A watchdog group says President Trump may be violating the Presidential Records Act by using auto-deleting apps to text world leaders, citing posts showing messages from French President Emmanuel Macron and NATO’s chief Mark Rutte. The group, American Oversight, called on the White House to ensure all presidential communications are properly preserved, noting Trump’s history of mishandling sensitive documents, including the Mar-a-Lago case.
