Las Vegas Police, who recently conducted a search of a house in relation to the department's ongoing investigation into the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur were looking for laptops and other electronic devices belonging to an alleged witness of the famed rapper's shooting death on the Las Vegas strip, NBC News reported.
Police searched the home of Duane Keith Davis, 60, also known as “Keefy D” or “Keffe D," who was one of four people police say was in the suspect vehicle involved in the drive-by shooting that killed Shakur. The alleged shooter, Orlando Anderson, who was Davis’ nephew, later died in a gang-related shooting in Los Angeles.
Investigators were also looking for "notes, writings, ledgers, and other handwritten or typed documents concerning television shows, documentaries, YouTube episodes, book manuscripts, and movies concerning the murder of Tupac Shakur," the warrant said.
